Police said they were conducting a search operation to nab the accused in the two cases. 10th class schoolgirl (18) has been charged with multiple counts of rape, police said. The accused youth is a resident of the Niribili Shopno Bilash area of ​​Ashulia. He is a friend of the victim's older brother.

It is learned that the mother of the friend of the elder brother of the rape victim lives abroad. Dad got married elsewhere and started a family. To meet the food crisis, Ronni used to eat through his mother to the victim's mother on a monthly contract of three thousand rupees. The schoolgirl's mother is a garment factory worker.

In that context, the accused youth recorded an offensive video of a schoolgirl changing her clothes by 2021. From then on, he started showing that video and started mental torture. At different times he would touch the sensitive place of the student.

According to the complaint, the video offered love after showing fear of being released on the internet. He first raped the student in early 2021 by blackmailing her for not agreeing to the offer. He then raped her several times at different times.

Later, the accused youth took the money by trickery. He opened a fake ID on Facebook and sent videos of the student's girlfriends, adding to the stress. After that, the accused youth used to send videos to the student and ask for money.

The accused youth gave the number of Bakash agent grocery shopkeeper Shamsur Rahman in the Niribili area again on January 29 this year for Rs 10,000.

If money is needed for family work, the garment worker's mother expresses her inability to pay the victim if she asks for money. When his mother became angry, the victim tried to commit suicide. The victim later told his mother about the incident.

Later, the girl grabbed the young man by the hand from that development shop. When the matter came to light in the area, the accused's father took refuge in the local elders and tried to settle the matter in exchange for money.

According to the details of the case, when the victim's mother took refuge in the police station, the local elders approached Saddam Mia, son of Abdul Barek, son of Abdul Balek, Kalam of Falguni area, son of Abdul Khaleq, Josim of Falguni Aktel Tower area of ​​AshuliaPressured to settle the matter. Later, they forcibly signed a memorandum of understanding worth one lakh 10 thousand rupees.

The schoolgirl then filed a case against the accused at Ashulia Police Station on Thursday night. Ashulia Police Inspector (Operations) Abdur Rashid said that the police will provide all possible assistance to the victim.

Meanwhile, a 35-year-old woman in the Niribili area has long been accused of rape. After showing the temptation of marriage and not agreeing to the marriage, the woman has filed a case with the Ashulia Police Station under the Women and Child Abuse Prevention Act. Police have admitted the raped woman to the One-Stop Crisis Center of Dhaka Medical College and Hospital for a health check-up.

Ashulia Police Officer-in-Charge (OC) SM Kamruzzaman said the operation was underway to arrest the accused in the two rape cases.
