Detective Arefin informs Rifat about Rupa's infidelity, but Rifat is still unable to discover who her new love is. Unsettling events unfold, revealing that a lie is merely a poorly expressed truth. The pressing question remains: why is Rupa still silent?

Ararat Web Series Review: After Punorjonmo & Redrum, this director's work is almost always waiting to be seen in Bangladesh these days. Vicky Zahed's new work is seen by many despite being busy.

  • ARARAT (2024)
  • Episodes:06
  • Runtime: 21-33 min per episode
  • Genre: Mystery, Thriller

A lot of romantic content has arrived on the occasion of Valentine's Day. The only exception was this. Though a thriller, it highlighted love in a deeper way, i.e. a sacred bond like marriage.

Many couples are not happy nowadays. Suspicion and alienation are the biggest reasons behind the growing number of divorces. This sacred bond begins to break when one falls foul of Satan (Iblis) unexpectedly. It slowly takes a terrible form.

The central character of the story is a girl named Rupa. That is not happy married life. But both husband and wife love each other very much. Rupa's husband Refat puts the detective behind Rupar. One surprise after another started coming out from there. There is nothing to say about the story, those who are watching the movie Possession are watching its light Bengali version.

Talking about the acting, Mehazabien Chowdhury could have done better. The feel of reality is less noticed in the acting but his looks are inconsistent in this type of role!! And Shamol Mawla acting is loud.

BGM of the series is unstable. Screenplay is awesome. Builds great suspense. Even in the last episode, you will not understand what the real story is!

But the director could have finished the series in less time.

The original theme of the series is timely and great. Character development and story progression are fine.

"Ararat" is a mysterious mountain located on the border of Turkey and Armenia. From where people would disappear. Which has not been answered even today.
