Ami Ki Tumi Review: Vicky Zahed does not disappoint the audience!

Mild Spoiler: Tithi is a struggling actress. His family does not support him. But an assistant director named Rahat appreciates him very much. At one point, Tithi and Rahat developed a good relationship. But then a great tragedy happened in Tithi's life. Later the depressed Tithi strangely discovers herself as a happy seeker. Ami Ki Tumi?, directed by Vicky Zahed and starring Mehazabien Chowdhury, Shamol Mawla, Junayed Bukdadi, and Fazlur Rahman Babu, is about whether Tithi will finally find happiness. (Season 1).

Although the series starts with romance, as the story progresses, the series shifts to thriller as well as mainstream science fiction. Science fiction has been done very little in our country. The concept of this science fiction series is so great that it keeps the entire focus on the series. When the story of the series shifts to science fiction, the content shown is something many of us in the cyber world can relate to. It would seem that this is only natural. Also, we can relate some small things in the series to real life. There is the use of light situational comedy in some places, which was good. There are several twists towards the end, which are quite enjoyable. If you remember, you can see one of Vicky Zahed's popular characters in the climax. All in all another good presentation series directed by Vicky Zahed 'Ami Ki Tumi?'

Ami Ki Tumi Review
Abdullah Al Sentu

Mehazabien Chowdhury's work in this series is quite good. Mehazabien Chowdhury's many expressions are seen throughout the series. Coming from small screen to OTT, some of his good works are seen. Shamol Mawla acted opposite Mehazabien Chowdhury. He seems quite natural in the character. In fact, this actor-actress-director surpassed their debut series 'The Silence' this time. Also, Junayed Bukdadi acted well. Her chemistry with Mehazabien Chowdhury is sweet. Fazlur Rahman Babu is good in his role, and Wahida Mollick Jolly has done well as the character. Tariq Anam Khan and Intekhab Dinar are fine in their place.

Ami Ki Tumi Review
Junayed Bukdadi

The background music of the series is quite good in some places. The cinematography, and color grading are great at places, overall good.

Ami Ki Tumi Review
Mehazabien Chowdhury

The beginning of this series is boring, although the beginning was for the sake of development. The investigative part of the series was not shown properly. Abdullah Al Sentu's performance is good, but I expected a bit more range from him. Dubbing is not good, but passable.

Ami Ki Tumi Review
Shamol Mawla

All in all, this was 'Am I you?' in my view. I don't know if this concept is unique, but undoubtedly the use of this concept as a Bangladeshi series has been very good. If you want, you can watch the OTT platform on i Screen.
