There is no force in the country to defeat Awami League: Hasan Mahmud

Bangladesh Awami League Joint General Secretary and Information Minister Hasan Mahmud said, our party is much stronger than any other party in Bangladesh today. If Bangladesh Awami League is united then there will be no power to defeat the country.

He said this while addressing the chief guest at an exchange meeting with leaders of Kurigram district Awami League at the party's central office on Bangabandhu Avenue in Dhaka on Tuesday afternoon.

The Information Minister said, let's compete with our Trinamool leaders, see how much you win in the competition. It has now begun to say that it will bring down the government through intense agitation. In this way, it will not be possible to bring down the government. No political force in Bangladesh has the power to bring down the Awami League government through agitation.

Hasan Mahmud said the champion of the movement is Bangladesh Awami League. The BNP fell through agitation after the 15 February 1996 elections. So farewell to Awami League through movement is nothing but a daydream.

Hasan Mahmud said the life of our party is the grassroots organization. Awami League is the people's party and the power of Awami League is the Trinamool leaders, the Trinamool leaders under the Awami League. So if our organization is strong at the grassroots, then Awami League is strong. For that Awami League President Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has given us instructions to identify where there are organizational weaknesses and give quick solutions.
