Rahat dies in Gazipur road accident on his way to shoot for 'Mukhosh'

 

Photographer Animesh Rahat was involved in a road accident at Chandra in Gazipur on his way to the shooting spot of Iftekhar Shuvo's 'Mukhosh' on 20, January morning.

A truck came and those carrying him pushed the motorcycle away.

The young photographer later died on the way to the hospital. He is currently being taken to his home in Kazirhat, Sirajganj for burial. The shadow of mourning has descended on his death.

The untimely death of Animesh Rahat has been mourned by longtime colleagues as well as social media has been flooded with messages of remembrance.

Producer Shihab Shaheen wrote in a Facebook message, ‘What terrible bad news !! Inna Lillahi wa Inna ilayhi raji'un. A fresh young boy went in a road accident! I worked with him a few days ago !! Very lively and polite boy !! Works great !! It was a big loss !! May God bless him with heaven. RIP Animesh Rahat.

Actor Rashed Mamun Apu writes on his Facebook wall, ‘Rahat...Rahat Ray ... Rahat, the operator of Studycam, died in a motorcycle accident today. The last 3 days ago the work was in 'Mukti' and 3 days ago in 'Gangchil'. It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post. So polite, so kind ... a boy.
